Manchester United have stepped up their pursuit for Victor Osimhen just as it has been reported that big spenders PSG are ready to break the bank for the Napoli striker.
United sent representatives to watch Osimhen up-close in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal against AC Milan this past week, according to The Daily Star.
The report said England captain Harry Kane remains United No 1 target, but Osimhen is a strong option.
City rivals Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle are some of the other Premier League clubs linked to the Napoli striker.
This past week, Football Insider reported that PSG are ready to splash 150 Million Euros to sign the Super Eagles star striker this summer.
Perennial Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have also been mentioned in connection with the all-action centre-forward.
Osimhen, 24, has scored 26 goals and provided five assists in all competitions for Napoli so far this season.
