Premier League club Manchester City will not give Flying Eagles midfielder Ayotomiwa Dele-Bashiru a new contract.
Dele-Bashiru, 19, has only played one first-team game for City and that was in 2017.
The attacking midfielder shone in the Flying Eagles opening U20 World Cup win over Qatar, scoring a superb goal, but was thereafter consigned to the bench.
He was tipped by FIFA to be the star of the Flying Eagles in Poland, but the team struggled to impress as they crashed out in the Round of 16.
