Liverpool scouts are in the stands tonight to spy on Arnaut Danjuma in action for Villarreal at Manchester United in a UEFA Champions League tie as they see him as a direct replacement for Sadio Mane.
Voetbal International reported that Liverpool still have the goal-scoring 24-year-old winger Danjuma on their radar as they also tracked him while he was at Bournemouth.
Danjuma has netted three goals in six matches in La Liga and the Champions League.
Mane, 29, has a contract with Liverpool that will run out in 2023 and should he refuse to extend, Danjuma could be a viable option.
