French Ligue 1 club Lorient have stepped up their bid to sign KV Kortrijk striker Terem Moffi who they believe will be a perfect fit in their attacking formation, according to L’Equipe.
Lorient initial bid of five million Euros has already been rejected by the Belgian club, who want 10 million Euros.
But the French club are now ready to improve this offer to sign the left-footed striker to fit into their 3-5-2 formation.
The newly promoted team have lost their opening two matches of the season – 2-0 vs St-Etienne and 3-2 vs Lens.
They have already spent around 20 million Euros in transfers this summer in a bold bid to stay up in the French top flight .
