Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has lamented about the hamstring injury that could sideline Wilfred Ndidi for as long as four weeks.
At the weekend, ‘The Foxes’ surrendered a first-half two-goal lead at Crystal Palace without the Nigeria star midfielder.
“He could be out for a few weeks, which is a shame,” lamented the Leicester boss, while adding that his team have missed Ndidi’s influence on the pitch.
Last season, Ndidi missed about eight weeks due to a groin injury that needed surgery.
In his absence Leicester struggled and eventually again missed out on a Top-4 finish like the previous campaign.
