Latvian club Valmiera FC want Anderlecht to pay 2 million Euros for Tolu Arokodare after they rejected a 1.5 million Euros bid for the striker.
A report this week suggested that Arokodare, 19, is on his way to the top Belgian club, but this has yet to happen.
Delfi has reported Anderlecht interest, but said negotiations stalled after Valmiera turned down the initial bid of 1.5 million Euros made to them.
Arokodare, who has scored 15 goals in as many matches in the Latvian league, did not play his club’s last game at the weekend as he continues to push for a transfer to Belgium.
