KV Kortrijk may already have got a replacement for Terem Moffi, who is already wanted by several top clubs including Anderlecht – he is Nigerian and also attended the same English school like Moffi.
Kortrijk are set to sign Osupha, 18, and then loan him out to the Lithuanian club Riteriai FK, where Moffi shone to earn a move to Belgium in January.
This is according to Het Laaste Nieuws.
Osupha has also done well at Buckswood School East Sussex in England, where Moffi also stood out before his transfer to Lithuania.
SCORENigeria believes that both young strikers also share the same London-based agent.
Moffi, 21, has got off to a super start in Belgium after he scored four goals in seven league appearances on arrival in January, before the season was suspended and later cancelled because of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Turkish champions Galatasaray and Anderlecht are among the clubs interested in the striker now.
Kortrijk said they will let Moffi go if they received a “crazy” offer for the young striker they bought for $150,000.
