KAA Gent are interested in signing Uche Agbo from Belgian club Standard Liege, but they also have serious competition for the midfielder from Turkey.
According to Derniere Heure, Gent want Agbo as a direct replacement for compatriot Anderson Esiti, who has moved to PAOK in Greece.
However, they have to move fast as Agbo has also interested a number of clubs in Turkey.
Versatile Agbo is back to his parent club Standard after a loan spell in La Liga with Rayo Vallecano.
He had hoped to stay put in La Liga.
