Iwobi drew the London club level in the second half from the penalty spot as they went on to win 2-1.
Compatriot and fellow Super Eagles star Calvin Bassey was a second-half sub for Fulham.
Fulham will open their Premier League campaign on August 24 at home against fellow Londoners Chelsea.
