Kelechi Iheanacho will miss next week’s UEFA Europa League Round of 32 return leg clash against Slavia Prague after he picked up his second booking in the competition.
Iheanacho received his second booking when he was introduced in a 0-0 draw with Slavia Prague Thursday night.
The striker has scored three goals and provided four assists thus far in this competition.
Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers was critical of the decisions that led to the bookings of both Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi on the night.
“I think we had Wilf (Ndidi) booked and Kelechi for the use of the elbow and it was clear it wasn’t.
“They were challenging for the ball especially Wilf.”
