Kelechi Iheanacho scored a goal and assisted in the other two as Leicester City got off to a winning start in the Europa League Group G with a 3-0 home win over Zorya of Ukraine.
Iheanacho capped a great night in Europe when he fired home from inside the box in the 67th minute after he was also involved in his Premier League club’s first two goals.
Leicester City are joint leaders in the standings with three points and a +3 goals difference after Sporting Braga of Portugal also stopped AEK from Greece 3-0 in the other match in the group.
‘The Foxes’ next travel to AEK next week in continuation of the competition.
