There was no sighting of late arrivals Kelechi Iheanacho and Paul Onuachu for the Super Eagles final work out before tomorrow’s AFCON Group A clash against Equatorial Guinea.
Coach Jose Peseiro announced that both strikers have joined the squad in Abidjan, but neither was involved in today’s training session.
That effectively ruled both players out of the opening match.
Otherwise, all the other players on the squad trained fully.
The session was for two hours and the team will have another hour of recovery subsequently.
