Both the Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles have drawn the same rival countries – Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire – in the zonal qualifiers for the U17 and U20 AFCONs.
The U17 AFCON zonal qualifiers will be hosted by Benin between December 5 and 20, while the U20 qualifiers are slated for Togo from November18 to December 2.
U17 AFCON qualifiers hosts Benin are drawn against Togo, Niger and Burkina Faso in Group B.
U20 AFCON qualifiers hosts Togo are also in Group A along with Benin, Niger and Burkina Faso.
The Golden Eaglets led by coach Fatai Amoo are due to open training camp Sunday ahead of the zonal qualifiers.
The Flying Eagles are headed by Ladan Bosso.
