Gift Orban was part of Lyon training Friday morning after a proposed transfer to Turkish giants Trabzonspor fell through.
The transfer collapsed Thursday morning, according to rmcsport
It is understood Trabzonspor could not meet up the 12 Million Euros asking price of Lyon.
The Turkish club gave up on Paul Onuachu after Southampton insisted on a 15 Million Euros transfer fee.
He has not enjoyed regular playing time in France since his transfer in January from Belgian club Gent.
He will have to continue to battle Alexandre Lacazette and Georges Mikautadze for first-team place.
His Lyon contract is until 2028.
