Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan has hailed the goal-scoring prowess of Victor Osimhen and has even gone ahead to pick the Premier League club best suited for the Super Eagles star striker.
Galatasaray striker Osimhen has scored four goals at the 2025 AFCON in Morocco and his style has impressed Gyan.
“Osimhen loves to score goals. He plays with heart, gives everything for his team, and shows that he is hungry for success,” the former Black Stars legend said.
“I’m surprised that a European giant hasn’t wanted him yet, that he hasn’t transferred to one of Europe’s leading clubs.”
Gyan will go ahead and name Manchester United as the club to bring out the best in Osimhen.
“I like this type of striker. I’m surprised that big clubs haven’t been working to sign him in this transfer window. But I hope Manchester United are interested in him. I wish he wanted to come,” he further offered.
Osimhen, 27, has a Transfermarkt value of 75 million euros and has contract with Galatasaray until June 30, 2029.
This season, he has scored 12 goals in 16 appearances for the Turkish champions.
