Victor Osimhen is on loan to Galatasaray until the summer of next year and so there is no truth of a departure in January, according to a top club official.
Osimhen is on season-long loan from Napoli, but speculations continue that he could end this transfer in January and move on a permanent basis to another club.
However, Galatasaray deputy vice Chairman Ibrahim Hatipoglu said Osimhen is not going anywhere in January.
“Osimhen’s departure in January is out of the question. He will be with us until June; in fact, we are planning for him to be in our team in the following seasons as well,” the top Galatasaray official told Radyspor
It has already been reported that ‘Gala’ are even contemplating launching a sensational permanent transfer of the Super Eagles striker.
Osimhen has got off to a flying start in Turkey, scoring two goals and making four assists in four appearances for the Turkish champions since his Deadline Day switch.
