The full details of Chibuike Nwaiwu’s transfer to Turkish giants Trabzonspor have been made public.
The former Enyimba central defender flew private jet to sign a contract of 4 and half years with Trabzonspor.
The powerful defender, 22, cost the Turkish team 5.5 million euros, which will be paid in seven instalments.
As he only joined the team in mid-season, Nwaiwu will pocket a guaranteed salary of 350,000 euros for the remainder of the 2025/2026 season.
However, for the subsequent four years left on his contract he is guaranteed an annual salary of 700,000 euros.
He joined Austrian club Wolfsberger two years ago from the NPFL.
