French club Troyes have tabled a tempting offer of seven Million Euros for Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel, according to reports.
Fotomac has reported that Troyes have submitted this bid to Fenerbache.
Fenerbache will make a huge profit should this offer sail through after they forked out 450,000 Pounds to snap Osayi-Samuel from English club QPR Rangers two years ago.
The 25-year-old player has also been linked with Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers.
This season, he made 37 appearances for Fenerbache in the Turkish Super Lig.
Troyes were relegated from Ligue 1 this past campaign after they finished second bottom with 24 points from 38 matches.
