Fred Friday was the match winner for his Norwegian club Stromsgodset on Sunday as they beat bottom team Stabaek 2-1 in a league clash.
The big striker powered home the match winner in the 80th minute.
The former AZ Alkmaar forward has now scored five goals in 12 games.
Stromsgodset, who last year battled against relegation, have now climbed to 10th on the table with 16 points from 12 matches.
The 26-year-old striker has played in Holland for Sparta Rotterdam, AZ Alkmaar, FC Twente as well as Lillestrom (Norway).
