Flying Eagles striker rescues troubled English club

Flying Eagles striker Muhamed Tijani scored the goal to snatch a draw for rock bottom team Plymouth with Cardiff City today.

 Substitute Tijani got a much-needed equaliser in the 67^th minute for the home team after Cardiff took the lead early in the first half.

It was his first goal in the English Championship.

In the 90^th minute, the tall centre-forward suffered a serious head injury.

Plymouth are now 22^nd in the standings with 30 points from 34 matches.

They are now three points from safety.
