Segun Otusanya and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, who recently signed for Inter Milan from Remo Stars, are among the foreign pros due to storm the Flying Eagles camp ahead of the U20 World Cup in Argentina.
Otusanya, who recently signed for top Norwegian club Haugesund, has been handed a second chance with the U20s after he was dropped for the U20 AFCON.
He scored regularly for the Flying Eagles, but was eventually axed because he “lacked a physical presence upfront”.
A team official told SCORENigeria Akinsanmiro has been invited to help with the creative midfield position of the Flying Eagles, which was lacking at the U20 AFCN.
SCORENigeria has already reported that another youngster in the Italian Serie A, Victor Eletu, has been called up.
Defensive midfielder Eletu features regularly for the Milan U19s.
These pros have been included on a 50-man provisional squad submitted to FIFA Monday ahead of the World Cup.
