The Flying Eagles are leaving nothing to chance to fly very high at this year’s FIFA U20 World Cup after officials informed SCORENigeria the team will in the new week reopen training camp in Abuja.
This will therefore dispel fears that the training camp will be delayed because FIFA have yet to announce new hosts for the World Cup after Indonesia were stripped of the rights.
World football governing body FIFA want to get new host country that will still be able to stage a tournament within the original time frame for it – May 20 to June 11.
The Flying Eagles under coach Ladan Bosso finished third at the recent U20 AFCON in Egypt.
