Another Super Eagles star could soon be on his way to the Premier League as the top English club are ready to break the bank for impressive Raphael Onyedika of Club Brugge.
A top source told only SCORENigeria: “A Premier League want Onyedika.
“They have been impressed with what he has shown in only his first season in Belgium with Club Brugge.”
Defensive midfielder Onyedika joined the Belgian champions last summer from Danish club FC Midtjylland.
He helped Club reach the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League and his overall form in Belgium earned him his Super Eagles debut against Algeria last year.
Paul Onuachu was the latest Super Eagles star to move to the Premier League last month when he signed for Southampton from another Belgian club Genk.
Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City), Frank Onyeka (Brentford), Alex Iwobi (Everton), Joe Aribo (Southampton) and Taiwo Awoniyi, Emmanuel Dennis (Nottingham Forest) also feature in what is considered the best football league in the world.
