Nigeria’s only surviving club on the continent Enyimba will now play the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup playoff against Al Ittihad on the weekend of December 17, 18 and 19 in Benghazy, Libya.
The match was not played on the original date of November 28 after Enyimba were not allowed into Tunisia on account of Coronavirus travel restrictions.
The Aba club won the return leg 2-0 at the weekend with goals from Sadiq Abubakar and Victor Mbaoma.
The overall winners of this tie will advance to the money-spinning group stage of the competition.
