Emmanuel Dennis was widely regarded as a super brat in Belgium and his attitude has even been blamed for his being overlooked by the Super Eagles.
Dennis, who has also been capped by Nigeria at U23 level, last played for the Eagles in Sierra Leone in November 2020 despite his electrifying form in the Premier League.
However, Dennis close confidant Drew Uyi has maintained the Watford star is a disciplined person, who is focused on his job, but could also be outspoken when necessary.
“Dennis is not snub, he’s not rude,” the sports agent explained on The Football Show on YouTube.
“He is a very disciplined guy as he spent part of his life in the military barracks, he is so straight forward because he tries to tell you the truth.”
The agent, who has worked with several other Nigeria stars, admitted the forward was frustrated in his last season at Belgian champions Club Brugge after they put up a price tag of 25 Million Pounds to scare away several top interested clubs.
He gave an instance of how focused Dennis could be when he bought several VIP tickets for a Whizkid show in London recently, but in the end he did not attend the concert so as to focus on a forthcoming game against Chelsea.
Barracks boy isn’t rude …well let me not denigrate a typical barracks bred child in a stereotypical manner …
Because he did not attend a whizzkid show makes him disciplined ?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I am happy he hit a purple patch ..I hope this form will be on for the rest of his career how old is he again?
