Super Eagles defender Efe Ambrose is shopping for another club after his short loan spell at English Championship side Derby County was not extended.
The former Celtic star, 30, was hoping to bag a permanent deal with ‘The Rams’ when he joined them earlier this year as a free agent from Scottish club Hibernian.
However, he failed to make his debut for the main Derby side even though he played two full games for the Derby U23s.
Ambrose’s dream to play in England was also not helped by the fact that Derby failed to win promotion to the Premier League.
They lost 2-1 to Aston Villa in the promotion playoffs final.
