Anti-corruption agency EFCC will today again seek to join NFF president Amaju Pinnick and general secretary Mohammed Sanusi to three other accused persons in the court case for the alleged theft of over $10 million being grants from FIFA and CAF for the development of football in Nigeria.

The three NFF accounts staffers already arraigned in this case at the FCT High Court are Christopher Andekin, Jafaru Mamza and Rajan Zaka.
Last month, lawyers for NFF had sought for a new date for the charges to be amended because they were not available.
However, prosecution counsel Steve Odiase lamented that the adjournment caused by the NFF lawyers was “judicial time wasting”.
Justice Peter Affen was also not impressed by the delay.
Being the approving authorities, Pinnick and Sanusi are now to be charged and the court will then announce a date for the arraignment, during which their pleas will be taken.
