Visiting Pisa took an early lead after 23 minutes in Rome, before Dele-Bashiru stepped forward to score a superb leveler from inside the box.
It was the first and only goal in Serie A this season for the 25-year-old midfielder, whose future at Lazio is still unclear.
Lazio eventually won their final match of the season 2-1 to finish ninth in the Serie A standings with 54 points from 38 games.
