Danish champions FC Copenhagen have left out one-time Super Eagles call-up Akinkunmi Amoo from their pre-season training camp in Austria.
Amoo suffered a long-term injury and has been facing trial for alleged rape.
A court in Denmark has sentenced the pocket-sized winger to jail, but he is now appealing it.
Compatriot Paul Mukairu is part of the squad to Austria, but serious doubts still surround his future at the club.
He was frozen out for the recent pre-season friendly against Silkeborg IF and it is understood he will be sold should a satisfactory offer be submitted for him.
He cost FC Copenhagen 1.9 Million Euros when he signed from Turkish club Antalayspor in January 2022.
