The FCT High Court will today rule on an application by anti-corruption agency EFCC for NFF president Amaju Pinnick and general secretary Mohammed Sanusi to be joined as accused persons in a case of alleged theft of $10 million from FIFA and CAF meant for the development of football in Nigeria.
Three NFF accounts department have already been arraigned in this case.
They have pleaded not guilty.
Pinnick and Sanusi were previously named as witnesses in the matter.
The prosecution has argued that the accused NFF accounts staffers could not have diverted the monies to their personal accounts without the authorisation and approval of their bosses.
The case has suffered several adjournments with the last being on December 16, when Justice Peter Affen was not available to rule.

It’s high time we stop putting criminals incharge of everything Nigeria.
