Former Nigeria U23 star Godwin Saviour will be expected to play another key role for KSV Roeselare on Friday as they aim to stay up in the Belgian second division after he came off the bench to score three goals in two games.
For the final regular season game, Roeselare will be away to closest rivals Lommel in a decisive clash Friday night.
They are seventh on the table having recorded 25 points from 27 matches, a point behind Lommel, who are sixth.
It will be a winner-takes-it-all fixture as the losers will have to feature in a relegation playoff.
Saviour has so far lived up to his name after he came off the bench to score a brace in a 2-2 draw with Lokeren after he snatched the all-important equaliser as Roeselare came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3.
The winger has also hit target against Beershot, Lokeren as well as against Friday’s foes Lommel in a reverse tie.
