Agbalaka’s second-half header proved to be the match winner for the Flying Eagles against hosts Egypt.
The win revived Nigeria’s hopes in the tournament after they lost their opening group game against Senegal.
The Flying Eagles defender was also involved in another top goal of the U20 AFCON scored by Mohammed ‘Beji’ against Mozambique.
Agbalaka won a tackle before he set up Mohammed, who conjured a wonder goal from outside the box to beat the Mozambique goalkeeper for the Flying Eagles second goal.
