Coach Ladan Bosso has said the Flying Eagles are capable of beating five-time champions Brazil this weekend just as he dedicated the heart-warming 2-0 win over Italy to his critics.

Nigeria advanced to the knockout stage of the U20 World Cup in Argentina after they racked up their second win in a tight Group D against the Young Azzuris.
Brazil mauled the Dominican Republic 6-0 in the other group game to get back on track at this World Cup after they fell 3-2 to Italy in their opening match.
โWe will play a normal game against Brazil and I think they are beatable,โ declared Bosso, who hinted squad players will get a chance to feature Saturday night against the highly-rated South Americans.
The coach, who first led the Flying Eagles to the 2007 World Cup in Canada, took a jibe at fans and the local media who have vilified him over team selection and tactics by dedicating the win over Italy to them.
โI dedicate this victory to those who criticise me,โ Bosso revealed.
โTheir criticisms have certainly kept me on my toes.โ
He promised that the team will continue to improve as the tournament gathers steam.
โAll the players are only playing at the World Cup for the very first time, so it has taken them for time to adapt,โ Bosso explained.
โFor now, it is still work in progress, we are still in the tournament, we can never be satisfied until we play the final.โ
Nigeria versus Brazil Saturday night in La Plata in a final group game will decide Group D winners.
Wen I watched the flying eagles I was afraid… through out the game . Because they wil some be carried away by the goal scored ..just like the dog wil soon forget to listen to the whistle blown and run with the prey into the bushes….if the coach can build on the tactical play against the Brazil. And allowed that chukwuaeze man run down the field from the right of the center circle to the opponent defective defense.. i think dey wil win .. again wil that not exposed the team wen dey get to quarter final stage . Every decision on style of play against Brazil wil affect the team in the next game positively or negatively going forward in the competition.
I m sure the technical adviser in the team don’t have this facts.
