Belgian club Cercle Brugge have said they are thrilled to sign Nigerian winger Tunde Akinsola.
Akinsola, 23, has signed a contract until 2030 from Portuguese club AVS Futbol SAD
Cercle Brugge sporting director, Luciano Murchio, said he is confident Akinsola will justify his transfer.
“Tunde is a strong one-v-one player who can be very dangerous in the final third and in transition moments,” he remarked.
“Thanks to his versatility, he can play across several attacking positions and adds extra quality to our offensive options.
“He is the type of attacker who fits the way Cercle want o play, and we are convinced he will create many dangerous attacking moments.”
The former Valiant FC of Lagos star has previously played in Sweden and Spain.
