Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem is to sign a four-year contract with FC Nantes after the Ligue 1 club reached an agreement with his Portuguese club Boavista.
It’s a return to France for the 26-year-old Awaziem, who first played for ‘The Canaries’ on loan from FC Porto in the 2017/2018 under coach Claudio Ranieri.
Awaziem, who could play in the heart of the defence or at right back, has previously played on loan in Turkey, Spain and Croatia.
