Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare scored one of the goals for Ajax to get their UEFA Conference League campaign back on track.
Ajax fell 2-1 at Hadjuk Split in their opening match of the group phase of the Conference League.
They bounced back to reckoning after they beat Atalanta 2-0 in Amsterdam Thursday night with second-half sub Arokodare opening the scoring three minutes from full time.
Ajax are now 13th in the overall table with three points from two matches.
They will next be guests of FC Midtjylland of Denmark on November 5.
