Tolu Arokodare is close to moving to Premier League club Wolves as his Belgian club Genk have left him out of Thursday’s UEFA Conference League clash to avoid any risks.
His exclusion from the match suggests that talks are at an advanced stage between the two clubs.
According to HLN, Wolves are preparing an offer of around 25 million euros for the 24-year-old striker, who cost Genk five million euros two years ago.
He has always said it will be a dream to play in the Premier League.
Arokodare has recently been linked to both Napoli and AC Milan in Italy.
He finished as top scorer of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League last season and has since been capped by the Super Eagles.
