Former U20 international Aminu Umar scored his first goal of the season for Turkish Super Lig side Rizespor today when they beat Konyaspor 3-1.
Umar has gone seven games without a goal and hitting the back of the net for the first time in eight games would most certainly be a big relief for the powerful forward.
The 24-year-old striker scored in the 10th minute to give Rizespor a 2-0 lead.
He has played for Wikki Tourists (Nigeria), Samsunspor and Osmanlispor before he joined Rizespor.
He has represented Nigeria at U20 level and has four caps as a full international.
