In the 89th minute against Club Brugge, Union were champions, then in the 91st minute it was Genk, before Antwerp finally bagged the big prize in the 94th minute.
It is Antwerp first league title since 1957.
Antwerp ended on 47 points after a thrilling 2-2 draw with Genk, while Union St.Gilloise fell at home to Club Brugge 3-1 in the closing moments of the match.
Genk finished runners-up with 46 points and a better goals difference than Union, who also recorded 46 points.
Club Brugge, who were champions last season, finished a distant fourth on 36 points.
Former FC Hearts star Alhassan Yusuf played the last 13 minutes of the game at Genk.
