Ajax Amsterdam have joined several Premier League clubs for most sought after Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey.
Dutch giants plan to sign Bassey as replacement for out-going Lisandro Martinez, according to the Daily Mail.
Premier League clubs Brighton and Aston Villa are also keen to sign the 22-year-old Bassey, whose Scottish club Rangers have placed a 25 Million Pounds price tag on.
Bassey’s Super Eagles teammates Joe Aribo and Leon Balogun have left the leftback or central defender back in Scotland.
Aribo has signed for Southampton, while Balogun was released by the Scottish giants.
