Striker Ado Onaiwu, whose father is Nigerian and mother Japanese, has signed for French club Toulouse.
The 25-year-old centre-forward moved to France from J-League club Yokohama Marinos.
Other details of this transfer are yet to be disclosed.
He is already a full international for Japan and has scored three goals in two matches.
He has won the AFC Champions League and this year he scored 12 goals in 20 appearances in the J-League.
Toulouse failed to win promotion to Ligue 1 when they lost to FC Nantes in the playoffs earlier this year.
