Samuel Adegbenro scored on his debut for IFK Norrkoping on Tuesday as they drew 3-3 with fellow Swedish top-flight club Elfsborg in a pre-season friendly.
Winger Adegbenro scored in the 20th minute to bring the scores to 1-1.
Adegbenro has previously played for Rosenberg and Viking (both in Norway).
Last season, he was no longer an integral part of Rosenborg and a transfer to Turkey crashed at the last moment.
Norrkoping will welcome GIF Sundsvall in the Swedish Cup on Saturday.
The new league season in Sweden will kick off in April.
