Nigerian winger Abdul Abdulmalik is set to be rewarded for his fine form with a transfer to Leicester City.
The Peterborough Telegraph reports that Leicester City are interested in signing the 23-year-old winger, who shone in the recent National League Playoffs with Boreham Wood.
Leicester City see Abdulmalik as a potential replacement for Stephy Mavididi.
However, Leicester could face competition for the forward, as Barnsley, Oxford United, and Doncaster Rovers were also in attendance to watch him play at Wembley.
Abdulmalik joined Boreham Wood in July 2024 and has been capped three times for the England U17 team.
