A thigh injury has shut out Samuel Kalu from today’s Ligue 1 clash when his club Bordeaux travel to Montpellier.
Kalu suffered the weekend last week against Dijon.
The injury has already forced him out of the Super Eagles AFCON qualifiers against Benin and Lesotho later this month.
It has been a difficult season for the Bordeaux winger as he has missed several weeks to injuries and was also sidelined for Coronavirus.
