Paul Onuachu scored his 27th goal of the season for Genk to go past Anderlecht 2-1 to reach the Belgium Cup Final tonight.
The striker, who was snubbed by the Super Eagles for AFCON qualifiers later this month, opened scoring for his club in the 17th minute.
It was his second goal in the cup competition while he has netted 25 in the league.
Fellow Nigerian, Paul Mukairu, was a late sub for Anderlecht.
Genk will face the winners of the other semifinal between KAS Eupen and Standard Liege with the overall winners bagging a chance to play in the UEFA Europa League next season.
