On Friday, he again showed he is a striker seriously lacking in confidence when he failed to put away a big chance at Charleroi.
Genk were winning the game 2-1 and Dessers, in for Paul Onuachu, was gifted a chance to make it 3-1 late in the game.

The striker, who made his Super Eagles debut last year against Tunisia, has scored four goals thus far in the Belgian league, but he has yet to justify the four million Euros Genk paid to sign him from Spezia in the summer.
