Swedish top league club Kalmar FF have announced the departure of Gbenga Arokoyo after they survived a relegation playoff.
Former youth international Arokoyo joined Kalmar in the 2018 season and Kalmar did not extend his contract after it ended this past season.
He has now been linked to a number of other Swedish clubs.
The midfielder or defender has previously played in Turkey as well as the Major Soccer League (MLS) in the USA.
