Zaidu Sanusi and FC Porto look set to qualify for the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League should they avoid defeat against group leaders Manchester City at home tonight.
Porto could also go through to the Round of 16 if closest rivals Olympiacos fail to beat bottom club Olympique Marseille.
Porto are second on nine points after four rounds of matches, three points behind City, who beat them at The Ittihad 3-1 in the reverse tie.
Olympiacos have three points, while Marseille are pointless.
Zaidu has shone in his first season playing in the Champions League, including scoring his first-ever goal for Porto last week at Marseille and making the competition’s Team of the Week.
Nigeria star Frank Onyeka and his Danish club FC Midtjylland have already been eliminated from the Champions League.
They are bottom of their group without any points.
Midtjylland are guests of Atalanta tonight, before they play their last game at home against group leaders Liverpool.
