After he was first linked with a loan move to French club Guingamp, out-of-favour Genk striker Stephen Odey has now been mentioned in a loan deal at Turkish club Ankaragucu.
Odey has no future at Genk and has so far failed to make the team’s first three matchday squads this season.
According to Het Belang van Limburg, he could now be shipped out on loan to Ankaragucu, who are now coached by former Anderlecht striker Luc Nilis.
Anakaragucu finished bottom of the Super Lig this past season, but will still play in the Turkish top league after it was decided there will be no relegation due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
This week, it was also reported that the former MFM FC striker could move on loan to French second division side Guingamp.
