It is believed that Emmanuel Dennis may have opened talks for a transfer away from Belgian champions Club Brugge after he flew on private jet to Cannes, France, recently.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Dennis traveled to Cannes in the company of teammate Odilon Kossounou, among others. There he would have had an exploratory meeting with representatives of an interested club.
However, no offer would have been received that meets Club’s conditions, although this may soon change.
The fact that they made the effort to get Dennis to Cannes on a private flight means that the interest is quite concrete.
However, it is not known which club made this effort.
HLN has reported that Leeds United, Newcastle and Wolverhampton Wanderers have shown interest in the forward, so too several clubs in Serie A and the Bundesliga.
